Afaq Dubai is part of a network of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ ISIS) associated money services businesses and financial facilitators in the Middle East. It is run by two ISIS financiers, and, as of early 2018, laundered money for ISIS and provided money to ISIS families.
