At least 110 citizens of Kazakhstan are still in conflict zones in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan

About 114 citizens of Kazakhstan are still staying in the conflict zones in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, said Nurgali Bilisbekov, deputy chairman of the national security committee.

“About 114 people are still in conflict zones. Mainly in Syria. About 36 males and 80 females are staying there. I have no information about children. It is Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan,” he said.
