Nine civilians were wounded yesterday when a mortar shell hit them in Qala-e-Naw, center of Badghis province. Abdul Latif Rustaee, head of Badghis Public Health Department told media that nine civilians, including a child were wounded when several mortar shells hit the capital of the province.
