Does Australia accept this radical opinon of these Muslim women saying beating is a “beautiful blessing”?

With radical teaching like this, the meaning of 8th of March and today women equality in the society is fading…  Does women fought for their rights to get beaten up and feeling “blessed”?
In the 30-minute video, the women, Reem Allouche and Atika Latifi say that men are permitted to beat women with sticks, known as ‘sivaak’, if they disobey them, terming it a ‘symbolic act’.

The two women belong to the women’s arm of Australian hardline political group Hizb ut-Tahrir.

Ms Allouche is seen in the video demonstrating how men should beat ‘disobedient’ women with a ‘sivaak’ by hitting Ms Latifi as both laugh.

They added that besides the stick, men are also permitted to use a twisted scarf of piece of fabric. They also said that women can only be beaten if they are caught ‘committing sin’, which they said means seriously disrespecting Allah or their husbands.

Ms Allouche however cautioned that men are not permitted to beat their wives simply for not cooking dinner, adding that violence should only be used to ‘promote tranquility’. They agreed that husbands have the right to beat their wives because of their ‘leadership’ position in the family.

Ms Latifi added that violence should be a last resort for a husband, saying he should start first by admonish his wife, then refusing ‘to share the bed with her, not being intimate with her’, and  finally if both do not work, hitting her.

She also clarified that hitting ‘should not cause pain’ to the wife.
