Bashar al-Mizhen (also known as Ebi Enes El Kahtani) is a suspected member of the Islamic State (ISIS) who was detained in the eastern Sanliurfa province ahead of planned suicide bomb attack.

Digital material and organizational documents were found in a flash drive that was seized as part of an investigation in his home in the southeastern Sanliurfa province.

El Kahtani is suspected of having joined the Islamic State in 2014 and receiving training in combat and other areas.

He is the 10th terrorist caught in Turkey this year as security forces thwarted attempts to carry out bombings.
