Indonesia’s anti-terror squad, Densus 88, has arrested four terrorist suspects in Bima city, West Nusa Tenggara province, a police spokesman said on Monday.

Three suspects were arrested in Penatoi village, Mpunda district of Bima, the provincial police’s spokesman Senior Commissioner Artanto said, adding that another one was detained in Nae village, West Rasanae district of Bima.

“They were arrested on Sunday when the suicide bombing in Makassar (South Sulawesi) occurred,” said Artanto.

They are currently being taken to the West Nusa Tenggara prison for further legal process.

A suicide bombing hit a Cathedral church in Makassar, South Sulawesi, on Sunday, killing two perpetrators and injuring 19 others.

The National Police’s Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said the two attackers were a couple allegedly linked to the Islamic State (IS)-affiliated Jemaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) terrorist group.
