An Islamic State bride who has endured the deaths of four children, including triplets, in Syria says she is prepared to go to prison if she is allowed back into Britain with her surviving daughters.

Nicole Jack, 33, has been stranded for months with her remaining three girls, aged 6, 8 and 11, in the filthy al-Hol detention camp, where her fellow Londoner Shamima Begum was discovered last year.

Nicole lost triplets and then saw her son Isaaq, 10, die in a suspected coalition airstrike alongside her husband.

“She has lost a lot and is desperate to leave,” said her mother, Charleen Jack-Henry, a nurse who has been in contact with her daughter via WhatsApp. “The children are innocent.”
