ISIS deputy leader killed in Nangarhar operation. Lali Gol, known as Mustafa, was attacked and killed by special national security forces in Khogyani district last night.

Nangarhar national security source told BNA that the deputy head of ISIS was planning new terrorist attacks that were targeted by security forces.

He cited Mullah Mustafa as the perpetrator of dozens of deadly terrorist attacks in Nangarhar and said that most of the bombings, targeted assassinations and recent ISIS attacks in the eastern province were carried out on his orders.

Security forces seized some explosives and some weapons from the senior ISIS hideout.

The ISIS group has not yet said anything about this.
