The Iraqi Security Media Cell announced on Monday arresting the Islamic State executions official in Samarra city in Salahuddin Governorate.

The cell said in a statement today that a force from Samarra Operations Command arrested a terrorist who was previously working as an executions official in ISIS during a qualitative operation.

The statement added that this operation comes after setting up a tight ambush on the main road near Dujail district, and all legal measures have been taken against him.
