Islamic State sniper injured Iraqi soldier in Baghdad

An ISIS sniper reportedly shot a security officer in al-Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad.

A security source told Shafaq News Agency, “a sniper of ISIS shot an Iraqi soldier at a checkpoint near al-Bu Abdo in al-Zor, al-Tarmiyah.”

“The source is being treated under tight security control.”

No further details were revealed.
