A joint force commanding Samarra and Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi managed to kill an ISIS suicide bomber south of Saladin Governorate. A statement by Al-Hashd said that the forces clashed with the terrorist and shot him dead, before dismantling the explosive belt he was wearing.
