Reliable sources provided the Syrian Observatory with new details about Islamic State ambush that targeted regime forces on Tuesday.
According to SOHR sources, Islamic State seized nearly 2,000 pieces of cattle belong to four shepherds in Al-Faydah area in Al-Mayadin Desert. The shepherds reported the regime forces about the theft, which led them to send military columns to the eastern desert of Deir Ezzor. On their way, they found another shepherd in Hmimeh area where they clashed with Islamic State members who were present in the area.
