Islamic State women kill and move freely in Al-Hawl camp in return for sums of money
Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that some members of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) help extremist ISIS women to get out of their section inside Al-Hawl campin Al-Hasakah countryside, to other sections allocated for Syrian and Iraqis refugees in return for sums of money
