Khaled Mohammad Kassem, AKA Jalal, is the Head of Hezbollah’s ESO HQ (which is known more as unit 910), and the acting deputy of its commander, Talal Hamiyah.

In his position, he is responsible for all the logistics and operational spheres concerning the ESO, including spotting, running security checks, recruiting operatives, basic training and appointment to functions in the ESO.

Due to his high rank and sensitive position, it is known that he oversees the strategic ties with Iran, and more specifically with Quds Force, for that he often travels to Iran.

He was one of the field commanders in both terror attacks in Argentina in the 90s.

At the AMIA attack in 1994, he was field deputy commander, orchestrating the attack from a “safe house” in Foz du Iguazu, brazil (Triple Frontier). He oversaw the communication in all the stages of the attack, including right before with suicide terrorist Ibrahim Berro, and after updating his commanders in Lebanon (Hamiyah and Mughniyeh).
