Nzabamwita is a military leader of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR)-group which was designated for fomenting violence and instability in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The FDLR is an armed group whose members include individuals responsible for the 1994 Rwandan geno
