Man from Montana used messaging app to make terrorist threat in Sioux Falls

A Montana man has been arrested after police say he used a messaging app to make comments about shooting people at Union Gospel Mission, Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens said.

Jesse James Miller, 19, from Missoula, Montana, was charged at about 8 p.m. Sunday with making a terroristic threat.

“He didn’t have any access to weapons or anything like that,” Clemens said. “I’m not sure why he was doing that.”

No other information was given.
