BJP Lok Sabha member from Bhopal, Pragya Singh Thakur on Sunday claimed that ISIS was behind the `threat letter' and harmful chemical power dispatched in an anonymous envelop at her residence. Pragya said now it's up to the Congress ruled government in Madhya Pradesh to provide her security.
