ISIS propaganda call for lone wolf terrorist attacks on Big Ben, Manhattan and Moscow

ISIS jihadists have urged extremists to carry out ‘lone wolf’ attacks on Big Ben, Manhattan and Moscow over New Year.

One chilling online poster shows a jihadist with a sniper rifle looking out over New York while another features a hooded fanatic standing in a crowd in London.

A third shows a knife-wielding militant with blood on the ground in Moscow’s Red Square.

In the image of London, blood can be seen on Big Ben while other buildings burn in the background.

A jihadist with his face hidden holds a finger to his lips next to a caption saying: ‘Welcome to bloody years – The lone wolf action’.

The New York poster, meanwhile, features the caption: ‘And hit them with the explosive belts and vehicle bomb, and shock them with adhesive explosives and packages, and harvest them with silencers and snipers, horrify and terrify the with the intrusions.’

Further posters show fanatics attacking crowds as they watch fireworks.

Jihadists also used encrypted apps to urge extremists to carry out a knife attack in Westminster over the New Year.

They told closed groups on the encrypted Telegram messaging app yesterday to bring ‘horror and misery’ to non-believers.

One image circulated showed a crowd watching fireworks with a man carrying a bloodied knife and blood splattered over Parliament, along with the words: ‘Hunt them O Muwahid [a believer in Allah].’

In a separate document posted on the app, known for its use by terrorists, ISIS extremists explained in detail who to target with a knife.

The terror manual suggested a ‘drunken kafir [non-believer]’ or someone ‘in an alley close to a night club or another place of debauchery’.

Philip Ingram, a former colonel in British military intelligence and chairman of Global Intelligence Insight, which intercepted the documents, said: ‘Extremist terrorism has not gone and threats to Europe and the UK through 2019 will remain extremely high.’
