Qatar is using Hezbollah and Iranian terrorists to chase Sheikh Talal’s wife

Asma Oryan, the wife of Sheikh Talal Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Thani, said that the Qatari authorities had assigned the task of pursuing her to the Iranian and Lebanese terrorist elements, especially those affiliated with Hezbollah. Sheikh Talal is languishing in a Qatari prison.

In an exclusive interview with Okaz/Saudi Gazette, Asma said that the pictures of the pursuers are available with the German police, and that she had asked them to provide her and her lawyer with pictures of these elements.

“The suspicious movements of these terrorist elements have strengthened the German authorities’ conviction of the necessity to ensure my protection,” she said, while pointing out that she is not afraid for her life as much as she scared of her children being kidnapped.

Asma said that she had a meeting with the representatives of the United Nations after they accepted her petition. This was after the transfer of her husband from one prison to another unknown one.

The UN officials failed to meet him as they did not know the name or location of the new prison to where he (husband) was transferred.

Therefore the United Nations decided to approach the Qatari authorities through an urgent appeal to respond to them with information about his place of detention, before examining the filed cases involving his rights and the reasons for his imprisonment.

“I personally do not have any information about my husband or the place where he is detained because we have been prevented from even communicating with him,” she added.
