Two Pakistani ISIS affiliates were arrested in Nangarhar late yesterday. The fighters have been arrested in a clearing operation conducted by ANA troops in Jalalabad city.

Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, the fighters were identified by ANA troops while terrorist activities.

The two fighters confessed to their crimes and said they were citizens of Pakistan and had active role against government in that province.

Kawtharani facilitates business transactions for Hizballah inside Iraq and has attended meetings in Iraq with sectarian armed groups and Hizballah officials.
Muhammad ‘Abd-Al-Hadi Farhat
Farhat has been involved in advising sectarian armed groups in Iraq on behalf of Hizballah. As of 2017, Farhat was tasked with collecting security and intelligence information in Iraq and subsequently providing reports to senior Hizballah and Iranian leadership.
Yusuf Hashim
Hashim oversees all Hizballah-related operational activities in Iraq and is in charge of protecting Hizballah interests in Iraq. Additionally, Hashim arranges for the protection of Tabaja inside of Iraq.

Abdul Rahim Manan

Esma'il Razavi
Razavi was in charge of the training center at the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force (IRGC-QF) base in Birjand, Iran, which as of 2014, provided training, intelligence, and weapons to Taliban forces in Farah, Ghor, Badhis, and Helmand Provinces, Afghanistan.
Mohammad Daoud Muzzamil
Daoud, the former Taliban Deputy Shadow Governor for Helmand Province Afghanistan, had been appointed the Shadow Governor for Farah Province, Afghanistan.

Owhadi was an official at an IRGC base in Nehbandan, Iran, where several youth between the ages of twelve and fifteen years old were being trained in terrorist and suicide attacks. Officials stationed at Nehbandan were subordinate to IRGC officials in Birjand.
