ISIS killed and wounded three Iraqi soldiers near Tuz Khurmatu

Islamic State (IS) militants attacked a military outpost for the Iraqi army overnight Monday in a village near Tuz Khurmatu, said a source.

The extremist group has killed at least one Iraqi soldier and wounded two others, said Mohammed Fayiq, former spokesperson for Tuz Khurmatu Mayor.

The attack was carried out in the village of Bir Ahmed, west of the Kurdish town.
