Organization established in 2002, headed by Mohamed Karmous. The Annual Sales for 2006 were 531,200 CHF (approx. 415,000 USD).
It is funded by yearly contributions, in addition to donations and income from various activities, such as running mosques and other real estate.
The organization was established by Ismail Amin (retired in 2006), an Egyptian with Swiss nationality who now serves as its honorary president and Mahmoud el-Guindi, who is also Swiss and serves as its president.
Established by Mohamed Karmous in January 1997. He left the administration in 2007, to be replaced by Adel Majari (President) and Taher Jouili (Treasurer), who resigned in 2014.
