Terror organization: Hezbollah

Status: A key figure of in Hezbollah drug smuggling apparatus at the TBA that assisted to unit 910 operatives to receive false documentation before the terror attack at the AMIA building in Buenos Aires in 1994. He served some time in a small Brazilian prison but somehow, he managed to escape. It is believed that he hides at the area of Foz du Iguazu where he is very powerful figure in the community.

Role: He is a member of Hezbollah in the Tri-Border Area (TBA) of Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina. Also, he served as one of the coordinators of the region. Omairi has been a key figure in the procurement of false Brazilian and Paraguayan documentation and has assisted individuals in the TBA with obtaining Brazilian citizenship illegally through the submission of false documentation. He was also involved in narco-trafficking operations between South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Now its officially exposed that he has been attached to the 1994 terrorist bombing of the AMIA, a major Jewish community center in Buenos Aires in that killed 85 and injured hundreds. He accused of providing logistic support to Jose El Reda, including false addresses and documentation to allow him to move freely between Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina.
