ISIS called on followers to dress up like Jews and slaughter the Jewish Communities in the West
An Islamic State-linked Telegram channel has called on followers to launch attacks on Jewish communities in the West by disguising themselves as Jews and hiding weapons under their coat. The message appeared in a chat room named “Lone Mujahid,” a resource for ISIS supporters looking to carry out “lone-wolf” style attacks, the multi-media news platform The Foreign Desk reported Monday.
“IF YOU’RE STILL IN THE WEST! Dress up like a Jew! Go to your nearest Jewish area! Make sure you have plenty of weapons under you coat!” the post read, according to the report.
The post was then reportedly followed by another containing a list of Jewish Communities in the United Kingdom, together with a photo of the man responsible for an attack on a Jewish supermarket in January 2015 that left five people dead, Amedy Coulibally.
Last December, the channel reportedly also contained a post instructing ISIS supporters to carry out attacks during the holiday season.
“Christmas, Hanukah and New Years Day is very soon InshaAllah. So let’s prepare a gift for the filthy pigs / apes,” read the post, which also included a screenshot of a tutorial on making a pressure-cooker bomb.
In a separate incident, ISIS-linked terrorists released a video this week that included a threat to Jews in Israel. The video promised an escalation of attacks in the Sinai region, which have seen them kill Egyptian soldiers and Christians.
