Development Enterprises Holding Company K.S.C.C.(DEH) was incorporated in 2004 as a Kuwaiti shareholding Company (closed). The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KFH.

The company was established with the aim to invest in industrial projects and services, since inception, the paid-up Capital of DEH has increased from KD 15 million to KD 180 million. Apart from Kuwait, the Company has investments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and in India. DEH is exploring further opportunities in Asia, Europe and Other Middle-Eastern regions. DEH conduct its business in compliance with Islamic Shari’a principles.

DEH established five fully-owned subsidiaries in Kuwait, namely: Kuwait Chemtech for Plastic & Chemical Industrials Co., Consultants House, Kuwait Dana Lubes Co. W.L.L. Kuwait Polymer and Energy House. DEH is routing to become a major regional player in industrial investments. In order to pursue Its vision, DEH is currently targeting companies and projects operating in Energy Sector focusing on Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and related services.

Emirates Float Glass is a subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC and is a manufacturer and supplier of premium float glass products to the architectural and automotive markets in the UAE and GCC. In March, 2009, the company announced commencement of commercial operations at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi.

Mantena Laboratories Ltd. (India) is a pharmaceutical company focused on the manufacture and marketing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients [API] and its Intermediates in India as well as globally, and enjoys a diversified and growing presence in regulated and developing international markets.
